    L1MA BRAVO does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Please make sure to review the product descriptions before making a purchase.

  • defective or incorrect items

    In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, pease reach out via our contact page. We will require details and supporting evidence, photographs and/or videos, to assess the issue. If the defect or error is verified, we will provide you with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • shipping

    Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped after your purchase date unless otherwise noted. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

  • drops

    Please note pre-order items will ship 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. In case of unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email.

  • cancellations

    Once an order has been placed for a pre-order item, cancellations are not allowed.

  • refund policy

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
